Designers and Developers

We're looking for talented designers and developers to work as needed on a contract basis. if you meet the following requirements:

Designers should be experienced in creating original artwork in Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash, and must have experience in designing for the web, with samples to back it up. Flash designers must also be masters of ActionScript 2.

Developers should be able to hand-code a valid XHTML Strict/Transitional page, be extremely familiar with CSS 2+, DHTML/AJAX, and the DOM, and their accompanying quirks in the last 2 releases of each major browser. The broader the experience with various server-side scripting languages, the better.
